2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered as described
- Technical issues preventing service delivery
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service cancellation within the specified cancellation period
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team with your request
- Provide your order details and reason for the refund
- Allow 2-3 business days for review
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Services already delivered and completed
- Custom development work that has been completed
- Subscription fees for periods already used
- Services cancelled after the cancellation period
5. Payment Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Training Course Refund Policy
Our training courses have specific refund policies designed to balance fairness to participants with the operational requirements of running cohort-based programs.
6.1 Course Cancellation by FuzzyCloud
If Fuzzy Cloud cancels a training course for any reason (including insufficient enrollment, trainer unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances), participants will receive:
- Full refund - Complete refund of all fees paid, processed within 5-10 business days
- Option to transfer enrollment to a future course batch (if available)
- Priority enrollment for new course offerings
6.2 Participant Cancellation or Missed Sessions
If a participant cancels their enrollment or misses sessions after the course has started:
- No refund will be provided for participant-initiated cancellations
- No refund will be provided for missed sessions
- Course materials (if provided) remain accessible
- Participants may be eligible to join future batches at a discounted rate (at Fuzzy Cloud's discretion)
6.3 Special Circumstances
In cases of documented medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances beyond the participant's control, Fuzzy Cloud may, at its sole discretion, offer:
- Partial refund (subject to administrative fees)
- Deferred enrollment to a future course batch
- Access to course recordings (if available)
Such requests must be submitted in writing to contact@fuzzycloud.in with supporting documentation.
6.4 Course-Specific Policies
Each training course may have additional refund terms specific to its format, duration, and delivery method. Participants are encouraged to review the refund policy section on each individual course page before enrolling. Course-specific policies will supersede this general policy where they differ.
7. Product-Specific Refund Policies
All products developed by Fuzzy Cloud under the legal entity Jeekunj Enterprise may have their own refund policies. While these product-specific policies are guided by Fuzzy Cloud's general refund principles, they may include different terms, conditions, and procedures specific to the product's nature, delivery method, and business model.
In cases where a product has its own refund policy, that policy shall supersede this general refund policy for that specific product. Users are encouraged to review the refund policy of each product they purchase, as it may contain important information about eligibility criteria, refund processes, and timeframes specific to that product.
